2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:

- No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period after cancellation.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

3.1 Cancellation Before Event
For webinars and live educational events:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person
3.2 Event Recordings
If you're unable to attend a live event for which you've registered, we typically provide a recording of the event. In such cases, no refunds will be issued if the recording is provided.
4. Consulting and Custom Services
4.1 Consulting Services
For consulting services related to adaptive computing, distributed systems, or other specialized topics:
- Deposits for consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If you cancel scheduled consulting services more than 48 hours in advance, you may receive a credit for future services.
- No-shows for scheduled consulting sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
4.2 Custom Educational Content
For custom-developed educational materials:
- Custom content development requires a non-refundable deposit.
- Refunds for the remaining balance may be considered if requested before the final deliverables are provided, minus expenses already incurred and work already completed.
- Once final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
